01 Who we are
CJG Solutions ("CJG Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") is a service of Crown Close LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We provide artificial intelligence advisory services, workflow automation, and custom software builds for small and mid-sized businesses.

02 Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our services:
- Contact details you give us directly: name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, and anything you include in a message or form.
- Communications you exchange with us by email, phone, SMS, or scheduling tools.
- Client engagement information needed to deliver work under a signed agreement.
- Usage data collected automatically when you visit this website, such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, browser type, and similar analytics. We use privacy-conscious analytics and do not use this data to identify you personally.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.
03 How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule or hold consultations.
- To send appointment reminders, follow-ups, and account notifications related to work you have requested or engaged us for.
- To deliver, maintain, and improve our services.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
04 SMS and text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send SMS related to scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and account notifications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation and no further messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
You give consent in one of three ways: by providing your number and agreeing to text follow-up during a consultation, by authorizing SMS as part of a signed service engagement, or by submitting a form on this website with the SMS consent box checked.
05 Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect how some parts of the site function.
06 How we share information
We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as messaging, hosting, scheduling, analytics, and payment vendors. They may process information only to perform work for us and are bound to protect it. Mobile opt-in and consent data are excluded from any sharing, as stated in Section 04.
- Legal requirements, when we must comply with applicable law, a valid legal request, or to protect our rights and safety.
- Business transfer, if the practice is ever merged, acquired, or its assets transferred, subject to this policy.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
07 Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
08 Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in the message or by contacting us.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
To make a request, email support@chadjgardner.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
09 Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Children's privacy
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
