This Privacy Policy explains how CJG Solutions (“CJG Solutions,” “we,” “us”), operated by Chad Gardner in Charlotte, North Carolina, collects and uses information from visitors to chadjgardner.com. Questions go straight to chad@chadjgardner.com.
Information we collect
We only collect what you hand us, plus standard analytics.
- Information you submit. When you fill in a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (where provided), business name, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Consent records. If you opt in to text messages, we store the fact that you opted in, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date, time, and page on which you agreed. We keep this so we can prove your consent was given — to you, or to a carrier.
- Scheduling information. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you give it, including your name, email, and selected time.
- Usage data. Analytics tools record pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, device, and browser. This is aggregate behavior, not a dossier on you.
How we use it
- To reply to you, and to prepare for and run the call you asked for.
- To send you the text messages you explicitly opted in to receive — and nothing else by text.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people here, so we stop paying for the ones that don't.
- To meet our legal obligations, including keeping records of messaging consent.
SMS / Mobile Information
CJG Solutions collects your mobile phone number when you voluntarily provide it and affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data to any third party, lead generator, or data broker under any circumstances. Plainly: your number is not a product. It is used to text you, by us, about the thing you asked us about.
Your consent to receive text messages is separate from any other consent you give us, is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving your free systems audit, and may be revoked at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Who we share information with
We use a small number of vendors to actually run the site and the business. They only ever get what they need to do their job, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
- Form delivery — delivers a submitted form to Chad's inbox.
- Scheduling — books the call and sends the calendar invite.
- Hosting and content delivery — serves this website.
- Analytics and advertising measurement — Google Analytics, PostHog, and the Meta pixel, which tell us whether an ad worked. Where identifiers are sent for ad measurement, they are irreversibly hashed before they leave our server.
- Messaging — the platform that actually delivers our SMS, acting only as our service provider.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and consent records are kept for as long as we have a relationship with you and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to hold proof of messaging consent. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a consent record.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you — by any channel, at any time. Email chad@chadjgardner.com and a human (Chad) will answer.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and information is transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not store what we do not need.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date at the top.
