These Terms govern your use of chadjgardner.com, operated by CJG Solutions (Chad Gardner), Charlotte, North Carolina. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the site.

What we do

CJG Solutions builds and fixes operational systems for small businesses — lead follow-up, missed-call recovery, reporting, and related automation — and offers a free systems audit call. Anything on this site describing the results of past work is a description of that past work, not a promise about yours. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, growth, or result. Outcomes depend on your business, your market, and your execution.

SMS Terms of Service

These are the full terms of the CJG Solutions messaging program. They apply if, and only if, you opted in.

1. Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from CJG Solutions (Chad Gardner). We run two separate messaging programs and you choose each one independently:

• Systems audit messages (non-marketing) — scheduling and confirming your call, appointment reminders, follow-ups about the inquiry you submitted, and replies to questions you send us.
• Marketing messages — occasional offers, tips, and updates about what we build. This is a separate opt-in. Declining it does not affect the messages above.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the relevant SMS consent box on a form on this site and submitting your mobile number. Each box is separate, and neither is ever checked for you. You can submit the form without checking either one. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and is not required to receive your free systems audit.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Messages are billed by your mobile carrier under your own plan; CJG Solutions does not charge you for them. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time — just reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send us the message “STOP,” we will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will receive no further SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will start sending messages to you again.

6. How to get help

If you are having trouble with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach us directly at chad@chadjgardner.com.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others; carrier support may vary. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or coverage.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and your opt-in are handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Using the site

• Submit accurate information — and only a phone number you are actually authorized to use.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Don't use the site or our messages for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — copy, design, and code — belongs to CJG Solutions unless stated otherwise. Work we build for a client under an engagement belongs to that client, as agreed in that engagement.

Third-party links

Where we link out, we're not responsible for what's on the other end.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CJG Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here with its date.
